CDC: two people sick from contagion related to puppies purveyed at Knoxville pet store
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Center for illness Control tells 2 people in Tennessee have become sick from an outbreak of Campbylobacter contagion related to puppies purveyed out of a Petland store in Tennessee. There is 1 Petland store in Tennessee & it is located in Knoxville, only off of Kingston Pike near Cedar Bluff Road. In September, the Tennessee section of Health approved to WATE six On Your Side the outbreak was related to the Knoxville store.
